sandwiches, ribs and more, Star’s humidity cabinets will hold your food
products at the right temperature and texture much longer than traditional
means.
Cabinets are constructed of stainless steel, tempered glass panels and
doors with aluminum alloy corner post. Chrome plated wire racks, lighted
on/off switch, electric control to maintain accurate temperature and
humidity control. HFD-2 Series are standard with NEMA 5-15P (or NEMA
5-20P for Canada) and HFD-3 are come with NEMA 5-20P standard.
Units comes complete with a 6 foot lead-in cord.
