infrared heat pattern, combined with the heated

temperature longer, and uses less energy than
competitive display cases.

The Cayenne® Hot Food Merchandiser is the ideal solution for
presenting and keeping warm a variety of food products.
Variable heat control with humidity keeps food at the right
temperature. Three adjustable tiered shelves accommodate
and attractively merchandise an endless variety of food
products. Front and rear sliding lockable doors make
restocking easy and are ideal for self-serve operations.

Vollrath’s Heated Display Cases keep prepared hot food warm while it
is displayed for sale. Drop-in cases have sliding operator side doors
for easy access for selling, refilling, changing displays and end-of-day
cleaning. Countertop cases are available with customer and operatorside access or operator-side-only access.
