Order Cancellations
A cancellation request must be made in writing — a phone call or voicemail is not accepted as a cancellation. Requests must reach Husky within 2 business days of your purchase.
If a cancellation request doesn't reach Husky in time to stop the shipment, it is treated as a request to return the equipment instead, and the return terms below apply.
Cancellation of manufactured or custom-made equipment is not permitted unless the manufacturer agrees to it.
Husky may also cancel an order at its own discretion, with a full refund, and is not liable for any other loss or damage arising from that cancellation. If an order is cancelled for reasons that are not Husky's fault, the buyer is responsible for reimbursing any expenses already incurred on that order.
Return Eligibility
Order carefully and completely, and verify all information before purchasing — review this policy with your sales consultant first if you have any questions. Not all items qualify for return.
- Used equipment is sold as final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
- Special-order and custom-made equipment carries its own terms, confirmed before the order is placed — see Special-Order & Custom Equipment below.
- A standard restocking fee applies to qualifying returns — see Return Window & Restocking Fees below.
Return Window & Restocking Fees
Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the item. A standard restocking fee of 25% is applied to qualifying returns made within that window.
Special-Order & Custom Equipment
Special-order or custom-made equipment is often ordered specifically for your account, so it can carry different cancellation and return terms than stock equipment. This is confirmed with you before the order is placed, and cancellation of manufactured or custom-made equipment is not permitted unless the manufacturer agrees to it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
This is handled separately from a discretionary return. Husky's responsibility for the equipment ends once it is delivered in good order to the carrier — goods are shipped at the buyer's risk from that point. If your shipment arrives damaged, short, or lost in transit, report it to Husky right away so a claim can be filed against the carrier; Husky will assist in any reasonable way it can with filing and collecting that claim.
Claims for a factory shortage must be made within 60 days of receiving the goods. If your order arrives incorrect, contact Husky with your order number and the details so it can be reviewed and corrected.
